Camden Crest Apartments

The amenities and renovated units are ok. Renovations are shoddy, not very well done at all (gaps all along the baseboards, carpeting not glued down very well on edges, etc). All the gaps in the baseboards also definitely did not keep the COCKROACHES AND BEETLES OUT. This place is riddled with roaches. During the summer especially, good luck walking to your car without almost stepping on them. And trash policy isn’t very well enforced so neighbors are allowed to just leave 3+ bags of trash out. Be prepared to live in an “experiment” if you have issues with bugs. Terminix was in my unit at LEAST three times, and one of those times while I was out of town with absolutely no warning the day before Thanksgiving, except a note with the date of service left on the stovetop. I did not request this visit nor was I aware they were going to enter my unit. This complaint was filed alongside another request for Terminix to come out and was promptly played off/ignored like it was routine or okay for this to happen. Also, I’ve never been more disrupted by maintenance/vendors than I have at this place. They are CONSTANTLY going into everyone’s units and doing “maintenance” or having to mess with the fire alarms for seemingly no reason (I.e. it’s preventative maintenance). Maintenance and vendors aren’t respectful AT ALL of people who work from home. If you work from home, don’t live here. Rent is high enough that stuff like this should not be a problem or that complaints should be taken seriously, not just typed into an internal system. This is ridiculous. If you want a Camden, go to Asbury Village. This place is not worth the money. EDIT: I have called and filed complaints multiple times, I emailed about the trash, and I filed a complaint with corporate. All with lip service and a lot of typing. I'm not going to waste my time venting when, at the end of the day, I continue to pay $1557 every month for subpar living.

We love it here, we moved here in April from California. The apartments are really nice and spacious, trash service is good, the place has two pools and a mid sized the gym for when you don’t want to do home workouts. The staff and maintenance is really friendly and handles stuff promptly. The leasing staff aka “the Lauren’s” are amazing they’re extremely nice and very helpful any time we have had any concerns or issues they’ve taken care us. We enjoy staying here 😁

The apartment we had access to was a different floor plan than what I was discussing with a team member. I did not enjoy that everything in the apartment had texture on it. This includes the countertops, cabinets' handles, walls, etc. This apartment complex was lower than our price range so we thought we would give it a chance but I know now why it is so much cheaper. I felt like I was walking back into my college apartment again. The property is absolutely gorgeous though, it felt like I was in the mountains. They just need to do a lot of renovations to the inside and they could possibly get more renters.

If I could rate this community 10 stars I definitely would!! This is my second time here at Camden Crest and it just gets better and better!!! I love my spacious apartment, my kids have more than enough room to run and play without the neighbors hearing them and the maintenance and leasing team? ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Everyone is very friendly, supportive and the communication is always great!! My husband and I really appreciate Lauren Robinson and all she did to help us through our process!! The maintenance team as a whole is amazing but Dillion came very quickly to handle an “issue” for my husband and I! We had just a second to speak with him afterwards and he is great!!!! 10/10 we definitely recommend!!!

I absolutely Love it here! Going on my 2nd year & I couldn't have done it without the Amazing Lauren's!! That duo team is a Gem; they care & listen to their resident's! Trash & maintenance is efficient! The apartments are very nice & spacious! The amenitiessss; 2 pools, 24/7 great-equipment gym, car wash, vacuum, air, business center for podcast/vlog/content, dog park & washing station!! Location is convenient to nearly everything! I highly recommend joining the neighborhood;)

Lauren in the Camden Crest leasing office is a jewel. In addition to the community's location, features, and amenities, her warmth and personality made me want to live there. Ultimately, I decided on a different property due to a few factors that Camden Crest doesn't have, such as indoor enclosed hallway entry. If I find myself in the market again, however, I would not hesitate to reconsider Camden Crest.
